International Partnership for Environmental Solutions: “Labdarības HelpUkraine” Foundation Advances the “Sustainable ThermoSolutions” Project

On May 6, 2026, the Labdarības HelpUkraine Foundation held an online meeting with European environmental experts to discuss the progress of the UK-Ukraine waste recycling project “Sustainable ThermoSolutions” and coordinate the next stages of implementation.

Participants included Foundation Chairman A. Simmermanis, Communications Coordinator Polina Reindl, representative of the Finnish company TANAAndris Mušperts, and waste management expert Jaanus Peet.

During a live broadcast from the IFAT Munich 2026 international exhibition, Andris Mušperts presented the latest environmental technologies and recycling solutions showcased at the event and highlighted the importance of the “Sustainable ThermoSolutions” project for sustainable waste management development in Ukraine.

Jaanus Peet confirmed that the “Sustainable ThermoSolutions” project will also be presented at the CDW 2026 conference at TalTech in Tallinn.

The discussions focused on expanding cooperation with European partners and supporting future environmental and infrastructure initiatives.

The Labdarības HelpUkraine Foundation expressed gratitude to its Baltic partners for their contribution to promoting and scaling environmental initiatives in Ukraine and across Europe.
